With my husband having a degree in construction and owning his own construction business, I have learned many skills on what it takes to build a house and all that goes into it from the ground up! With me as his secretary, I am knowledgeable in the business part of housing as well, in keeping the books, and the financial side with the cost of supplies and the finished product. I also get to have a hand in the interior and exterior design of the houses! 

Presently we are in the process of building Shady Acres subdivision in Neosho MO. As of right now, we have roughly seven house finished and sold and three houses that are either on the market or soon to be. The potential of the subdivision will be roughly seventy houses upon completion.
