I have always been fascinated with houses! As a carpenter, I have been training since youth to build and create houses. As a REALTOR®, I am more interested in helping you turn that house into your home. I really enjoy helping people find that perfect place to live their dream and raise their family. It is a true pleasure to get to meet new people coming into our community and a joy to watch our community grow.

I am Gavin Edwards, husband, father, and REALTOR®. My wife, Ashlynn, and I have four children. We are proud to call Neosho, Missouri our home.
